Replacement Explosion Graphics and Fire (Version 2)

(These same explosions textures have been incorporated into the new
v1.1 patch!)
Comments: Much more improved and detailed
explosions. Based on originals from Dainius, johnS has added
a cool 3D filter to make the explosions seem more rounded and
full. Awesome. Same affect has now been added to a lesser degree
to the fire texture.
